Key Responsibilities
* Verify production needs within the SAP system and schedule materials accordingly.
* Evaluate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) proposals and issue Purchase Requests (Rda) to the Procurement Office.
* Create and monitor internal work orders as needed.
* Check material availability, expedite delayed items, and issue withdrawal vouchers for the warehouse.
* Manage third-party subcontracting processes.
* Handle and fulfill Material Requests (RMI) from construction sites.
* Control inventory levels, monitor stock value trends, and analyze material turnover rates.
* Generate reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency.
Requirements
* 3-4 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, and production processes.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to proactively solve problems and manage delays or disruptions in material availability.
