This role will play a critical part in consolidating our supplier base and optimizing renewals and commitments across software, services, cloud, and other IT categories, whilst ensuring alignment with ION Group procurement standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively manage supply contract procurement, working closely with Purchasing Areas and the Legal Department; /liliIdentify opportunities to achieve business savings using negotiation and procurement best practices, tools, and methods; /liliIndependently manage tenders and bid evaluations; /liliMonitor market trends and suppliers, and conduct price benchmarking to identify cost‑saving opportunities; /liliPerform analysis on new and existing costs, and review cost reduction and cost avoidance activities; /liliEnsure compliance with ION Group procurement objectives, policies, and procedures during supplier negotiations and contract award processes. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree (Economics, Law, or Engineering); /liliSolid knowledge of modern procurement methods, procedures, best practices, and supporting tools; /liliMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the IT industry; /liliStrong analytical capabilities and data‑driven, solution‑oriented mindset; /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills; /liliFlexibility, proactivity, and willingness to continuously learn and improve; /liliHigh level of commitment and ownership; /liliExcellent knowledge of the English language; /liliExcellent knowledge of MS Office tools (in particular Excel) and ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Jaggaer, etc.). /li /ulh3What we offer /h3h3Location /h3pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
