Within the Snai Customer Value Management Function, reporting directly to the Customer Value Management Senior Director, you will guide a team of around 10 professionals in setting the Snai CVM strategy in terms of business targets, market offer evolution and presentation, marketing tools evolution, generosity allocation, data governance and Business Analysis.
What you'll do:
* Define targets on main Business KPIs (market share, AMP, revenues), overall and by product category, to be reached through the online strategy.
* Monitor online market performance, overall and by product category.
* Plan and continuously monitor target achievements and provide insights on possible corrective actions to the other CVM teams;
* Allocate and monitor generosity on Customer segments, products and promo categories.
* Define business requirements for generosity capabilities evolution (tools, models); plan, coordinate and monitor test & learn activities to optimize generosity allocation.
* Act as Snai focal point for Flutter Generosity Communities of Practice.
* Define comprehensive, advanced, and ad-hoc analyses, identifying customer base behaviours and patterns to empower data-driven strategic decision-making across functions, including .Omnichannel Affiliation and Customer Care & Transformation
* Define data governance guidelines to ensure data quality by managing the data lifecycle.
What you'll bring:
* 10+ years in CRM leadership roles, ideally within the online gaming industry, with a deep understanding of player behaviour and product dynamics.
* Demonstrated ability in delivering profitable growth by effectively handling relevant promotional and project development budgets and making data-informed decisions.
* An excellent understanding of Online gaming products and industry and passion for the game.
* Strong ability to analyse data, extract business insights, understand market trends, manage innovative projects by simplifying complexity and identifying pragmatic solutions.
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels (including executive) and inspire cross-functional alignment.
* Relevant experience in leading, motivating and mentoring large high-performing teams.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to go on business trips.
