Coordinate with the maintenance team and support the management of scheduled and unscheduled electrical maintenance work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and supervise electrical systems for quays, operational areas and port facilities (lighting, LV/MV distribution, power supply columns, switchboards, monitoring systems). /li liEnsure compliance with CEI, IEC and EN standards and the requirements of port and maritime authorities. /li liManage routine and extraordinary electrical maintenance of port systems. /li liDraw up electrical diagrams, technical reports, maintenance plans and documentation for testing. /li liCoordinate teams of technicians, designers and external suppliers. /li liSupport tendering and technical procurement activities by preparing documentation and electrical specifications. /li liPlan project timescales, costs and priorities in agreement with technical and operational management. /li liSupervise field work and verify the correct execution of activities. /li liPromote efficient and sustainable technological solutions (LED lighting, automation, renewable energy sources, shore power). /li liDesign and supervise CCTV systems in coordination with the IT Manager. /li /ul h3Supervisory Responsibilities /h3 ul liThe electrical manager will collaborate with and supervise the systems and installations coordinator for the electrical area only, as well as internal and external electrical maintenance personnel. /li /ul h3Key Performance Measures /h3 ul liImprove the energy efficiency of port facilities. /li liReduce plant downtime and optimise preventive maintenance. /li liUpdate technical documentation and internal procedures in accordance with the latest CEI regulations. /li liImplement remote monitoring and predictive diagnostics systems. /li liDevelop green and digital infrastructure modernisation projects. /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pOccasional travel (15%) /p h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or technical diploma with proven experience in the electrical sector. /li liAt least 5 years' experience in the design or maintenance of complex electrical systems (preferably in an industrial or port environment). /li /ul h3Technical Skills Knowledge Required /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of CEI regulations and electrical safety directives. /li liProficiency in electrical design software (EPLAN, SPAC, AutoCAD Electrical, etc.). /li liKnowledge of LV and MV distribution systems, generator sets, UPS and automation systems. /li liExperience in public lighting systems, ship power supply columns (shore connection), electrical fire‑fighting systems and energy monitoring systems is welcome. /li liKnowledge of port safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08, specific risks). /li liKnowledge of basic IT systems and interconnection with LV electrical systems. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of advanced automation systems and remote control of port facilities. /li liExperience with energy efficiency and sustainability technologies. /li liAbility to use maintenance management software. /li liPLC programming. /li liAbility to liaise with certification bodies and maritime authorities. /li /ul h3Behavioral Competences Required /h3 ul liTechnical and managerial coordination skills. /li liLeadership and management of technical staff. /li liOperational problem solving and quick decision making in critical situations. /li liAptitude for working in industrial and outdoor environments. /li liProfessional with a hands‑on mentality. /li liAbility to network with internal and external stakeholders. /li liA support‑oriented personality with good interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to drive change. /li liInfluencing and motivating others. /li liAbility to work effectively both in a team environment and independently. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liWritten and spoken English. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liValid EU work permit.
