La TEA TEK Group è un’azienda multinazionale che opera nei principali settori dell’Energie Rinnovabili, della Sostenibilità e dell’Innovazione.

We're hiring a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate modern infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, edge, and air-gapped environments. You’ll own Infrastructure-as-Code practices, automate software delivery pipelines, and help engineering teams deploy and operate secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

You will work across public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), private infrastructure, Kubernetes and container platforms, and high-security disconnected environments. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure automation skills with practical operational experience and a security-first mindset.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, and security teams within an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, private clouds, virtualization platforms, edge systems, and air-gapped environments.
  • Author, maintain, and improve Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and related automation frameworks, including reusable modules, testing, state management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD platforms and release workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and similar technologies.
  • Design and implement deployment processes for both connected and disconnected environments, including secure release promotion and artifact synchronization.
  • Provision, secure, patch, image, monitor, and scale virtual machines, bare-metal systems, and operating system platforms.
  • Design, deploy, and operate modern container platforms across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments, including Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift, Rancher, K3s, upstream Kubernetes), Amazon ECS/Fargate, and Google Cloud Run.
  • Manage container registries, Helm charts, GitOps workflows, deployment automation, image lifecycle management, and secure software distribution in both connected and air-gapped infrastructures.
  • Design and maintain artifact repositories, package mirrors, container registries, and software distribution mechanisms for isolated environments.
  • Automate infrastructure operations, integrations, and deployment workflows using Python, Go, shell scripting, APIs, and cloud SDKs.
  • Implement observability platforms covering monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, backup strategies, and incident response processes.
  • Apply security and compliance controls including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, system hardening, network segmentation, certificate management, and supply-chain security.
  • Support regulated and high-security environments through artifact signing, SBOM generation, audit logging, compliance automation, and secure software delivery practices.
  • Drive infrastructure reliability, scalability, performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, design reviews, and peer code reviews.
  • Document infrastructure architectures, operational procedures, deployment patterns, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
  • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
  • Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production.
  • Experience with container technologies including Docker and OCI-compliant registries.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, VPNs, TLS, and firewalls.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and DevSecOps principles.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpenShift, Rancher, K3s, ECS/Fargate, or Cloud Run.
  • Experience supporting air-gapped, sovereign cloud, defense, government, industrial, or highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of GitOps platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Experience with artifact management platforms such as Nexus, Artifactory, or Harbor.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, SBOM generation, and software supply chain security frameworks.
  • Experience with service meshes, API gateways, and platform engineering practices.
  • Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on modern cloud-native and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to cloud, hybrid, edge, and high-security air-gapped environments.
  • Flexible and collaborative engineering culture.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Professional growth, certification support, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Direct impact on architecture, platform strategy, and engineering excellence.
