Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities
In particular, by joining the Financial Tax Team in the Milan office, you will be involved in:
- Analyzing issues related to domestic direct taxation and providing ongoing advisory services to corporations operating in the banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors
- Drafting tax opinions on international tax matters (CFC rules, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding Tax, etc.)
- Analyzing the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.)
- Conducting tax due diligence
- Handling tax compliance activities
- Assessing VAT treatment of financial transactions
- Managing the taxation of financial income
Come As You Are – Your Skills And Profile
This opportunity is perfect for you if:
- At least 1 year of professional experience at leading national or international law firms and/or consulting companies
- Hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Law with a final grade of at least 100/110
- Either certified Chartered Accountant/Lawyer or intending to begin the professional training
- Good command of English, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
- Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
