Linklaters is looking for a motivated new graduate to join the HR team of the Milan office for a six-month internship from March 2026.

The HR Intern will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department. This among others includes:
* Recruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process, from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;
* HR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams, including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;
* Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion, Health&Wellbeing, agile working, internal events…).
Requirements
* Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;
* Proficiency level in English;
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Comfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.
