**Posizione:**:We're looking for a Junior Production Planner (L. 68/99).
**Main tasks and activities**
- Schedule production orders based on contractual requirements and schedule of the customer order as well as factory and supplier constraints
- Manage the production orders on the SAP ERP system ensuring production planning data is accurate
- Upload on SAP ERP system all the purchase requests related to production process and support in the codification process
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics and outsourced firms to ensure that programmes and deadlines are met
- Oversee all production related purchase orders entry/amendments/terminations, maintaining contact with suppliers in order to verify the actual arrival dates of the materials procured.
- Collect production non-conformities coming from the manufacturing process and from the customer and share them to the proper supplier, managing the interface and evaluating the proposed corrective actions
- Assist Production Management with daily tasks
- Support Production Quality Control team
- Complete various planning reports on a weekly basis as requested.
- Creation of standard work instructions as needed
**Requisiti:**:**Requirements**
- Bachelor / Master's Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of SAP ERP System required
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes
- Must be proficient in in Microsoft Office and well-versed in Excel, and other programs helpful in managing and facilitating projects
- Ability to take on multiple work requests and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving approach
- Complete tasks independently, asking for clarification as needed
- Take ownership of tasks and strive for improvement
- Ability to work in a team setting and in a cross-functional environment.
