Position
* Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact across all internal departments.
* Coordinate commercial, technical, operational, and financial activities to ensure project objectives are met.
* Monitor progress against project goals, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.
* Collaborate with functional managers to define and control project budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and supervise temporarily assigned resources, while respecting the roles and responsibilities of departmental managers.
* Lead project planning efforts in line with internal procedures and in close cooperation with relevant business units.
* Take ownership of the project schedule once agreed upon, managing any changes in collaboration with the client and functional managers.
* Ensure project delivery meets the expected quality standards of both the client and the company.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Naval, Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within project-based companies in the naval or shipbuilding industry;
* Strong skills in technical and financial analysis related to site/project management;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong mindset for continuous improvement;
