Service Quality Data Analyst

What you will do
The Service Quality Data Analyst analyze all the data related to Service Quality Department and is responsible for all the reports to be produced.
Main activities :
* Analysis of monthly calls : check at beginning of every month the calls of the previous month by country and product line and compare with BDG figures and LY figures;- Service Call Rate : definition every month of the Service Call Rate (1stY + 2ndY) by country, product line and legal entity (Haier & CHG);- Call Avoidance : definition every month of Call Avoidance by country, single agent, product line and legal entity;- Total Cost of Quality : preparation of the monthly report to be presented to CEO during Quality Governance;- Support to all Service Quality teams for any kind of activity linked to data analysis ;
What you need to succeed
Must Have : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have : Previous experience in data analysis
Education : Degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics
Languages : English full proficiency
Seniority : 0 / 1 year of experience
Soft Skills : Capability to work inside multicultural team, good analytical skills and organization of work
