Location: The position is located at Aman Venice, Italy. Overview: The Retail and Guest Supervisor will take care of the daily operations of the hotel boutique as well as of the relations with in-house and external guests. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operation to maximize sales, minimize costs and a extroadinary guest experirence. Responsibilities: - Drive guest satisfaction and retention by being a role model in delight guest in every single interaction - Practice timely guest complaint handling and follow up to make sure guest satisfaction and recovery - Review daily revenue and statistical figures of the Hotel boutique - Conduct the boutique sells to maximize hotel revenues - Understand target and budget and aim to achieve and exceed them - Full knowledge of products and brands available to guests at the boutique - Report monthly inventory check, daily sales report, and monthly sales report - Ensures availability of merchandise - Promote the hotel outlets to enhance and maximize the hotel revenues Qualifications: - Verbal and written proficiency in English and other languages will be considered as a plus - Minimum 1 year similar experience in the luxury hospitality as a Guest Relations operator - Goals and people oriented
