Compliance Auditor
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent auditing and analytical skills.
About the Role
The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for conducting social compliance assessments, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work independently under varying conditions and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting general and basic social compliance assessments based on established procedures and client expectations.
* Delivering high-quality reports according to protocols and timelines.
* Maintaining knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A university degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies.
* Sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for auditors.
* In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
* Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews and related calculations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
