To lead and optimize manufacturing operations, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager. Posizione The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, while leading and developing production teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met; Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; Optimize production processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization; Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and health & safety regulations; Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistic, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations; Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, etc.) and implement corrective actions where needed; Drive WCM initiatives and continuous improvement projects; Manage production planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency. Requisiti Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector (Tier 1 preferred); Strong knowledge of plastic components manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding) is a plus; Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools; Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Fluency in English.
