We are seeking a dedicated Group Compliance & Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs Team. Reporting to the Legal & Corporate Affairs Director, this role provides legal and compliance support, contributing to internal controls and regulatory compliance with a focus on Legislative Decree 231/2001 and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and Italian legal requirements, including duties under Legislative Decree 231/2001
* Provide operational legal support on contract drafting, negotiation, claims and litigation (currently focused on UK projects under English law).
* Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
* Provide legal advice to Permasteelisa SpA departments.
* Assist the functional leader in stakeholder reporting.
* Support compliance with GDPR requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
* 3–5 years in compliance, legal, audit or governance roles.
* Experience in commercial contracts, compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, GDPR/privacy and internal controls.
* Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Law degree.
* Fluency in Italian and English. xjrgpwk
* Knowledge of construction law is a plus.
