Ph3Manager/Principal Consultant – Healthcare Consulting Company /h3 pHealthcare Consulting Company /p h3Offerta /h3 ul liLead the team of junior consultants and collaborate with SME and other experts to deliver strategic healthcare consulting services to clients. /li liConduct and lead in-depth research and analysis on healthcare systems, policies, and market trends. /li liLead the development of feasibility studies and business plan and conduct assessments of healthcare organizations compared to their clinical and non-clinical operations /li liDevelop and present high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations. /li liEngage with internal and external clients to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions to address operational, clinical, and financial objectives. /li liLead the design and implementation of consulting projects in multiple geographies, such as but not limited to healthcare transformation initiatives, including workforce development, digital health integration, and clinical governance improvements. /li liLead the design, implementation, and contracting of strategic healthcare operations projects (e.g., managing hospitals, outpatient facilities) /li liLead and participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather insights and foster strong client relationships. /li liLead proposal development, benchmarking exercises, and business case preparation for healthcare projects. /li liMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pbEducation: /b Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. /p pbExperience: /b Minimum 10-15 years of experience in consulting, preferably in healthcare advisory or related fields.
