Capwatt promote, develop, and operate integrated energy optimization solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm. To integrate the Operations team in Italy we are searching a Plant Manager:
Main Responsibilities:
* First level team coordination (Schedule; Holidays, Evaluation feedback)
* Assist in the daily operation of the biogas plant, ensuring processes run smoothly
* Monitor equipment and plant performance, addressing basic issues or escalating as needed
* Procurement and purchase procedures
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment under supervision
* Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in biogas plant operations, including team supervision
* Basic understanding of anaerobic digestion and energy generation processes
* Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and willingness to learn maintenance procedures
* Awareness of safety and environmental compliance requirements
* Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative
* Basic knowledge of Excel for simple data entry and reporting, and Outlook for communication and scheduling
* English knowledge will be a plus
