Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) Management: Manage, evaluate and collaborate with 3PL suppliers to ensure adherence to contractual service levels, cost efficiency and operational excellence. Shipment Coordination: Execute and coordinate all domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods. Reverse Logistics Oversight: Coordinate the end‑to‑end inbound flow of returned goods, managing documentation and ensuring efficient processing. Inventory & Delivery Tracking: Monitor and track the status of all shipments proactively resolving delays. Support Warehouse inventory control by reconciling discrepancies and ensuring system accuracy. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze, monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) including Proof of Delivery (POD) compliance, Actual Time of Arrival (ATA), On‑Time Delivery (OTD), Picking Service Level Agreements (SLA) and inventory accuracy. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a closely related field. Experience: 1–3 years of previous experience in logistics/supply chain operations or a relevant internship is strongly preferred. Skills: Proven strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities enable effective collaboration with internal and external partners. Language Proficiency: Fluent command of English is required (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant asset. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting, and Outlook for professional communication. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
