Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our Porto Cervo outlet team for the 2026 summer season. The successful candidate will represent the brand with elegance, deliver exceptional client service, and support daily boutique operations throughout peak trading months.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
* Welcome clients warmly, providing an elegant and engaging boutique atmosphere.
* Deliver personalized styling advice and product guidance aligned with Roberto Cavalli standards.
* Build genuine customer relationships to support loyalty and repeat business.
* Ensure the client journey—from greeting to after-sales—is consistently exceptional.
Sales Performance
* Achieve individual and store sales goals during a high-traffic seasonal period.
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge across all categories, including ready-to-wear, accessories, and leather goods.
* Present merchandise with confidence and align recommendations with client needs and brand aesthetics.
* Contribute to maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
Store Operations
* Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
* Support stock management, including receiving goods, tagging, replenishment, and organization of the stockroom.
* Maintain impeccable shop-floor and fitting-room standards.
* Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and loss-prevention procedures.
Requirements
Experience & Competencies
* Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic, French) are an advantage due to international clientele.
* Strong fashion sense and alignment with Roberto Cavalli’s style identity.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with high client flow.
