- Align policies and initiatives with requirements and demands of accrediting and licensing bodies (BOP, VIPPS, URAC, DEA, FDA, USP).

- Responsible for the site's growth and partner with capacity planning and facilities for all workforce management needs.

- Develop talent—create, lead, engage with, and direct a workforce to drive enhanced performance through safety, employee engagement, performance leadership, training, development, and talent & succession planning.

- Implement change and develop new processes to better serve customers, reduce cost to serve, and improve contribution.

- Maintain the customer's profile through our PharmacyOS database, including clinical and laboratory data and concurrent medication records.

- Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

- Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
