PpCompliance Engineer will collaborate with multi‑functional senior engineers, product management, quality department and test validation, contributing to all phases of development and delivery. /p ul liHis knowledge of mandatory and voluntary certification schemes. /li liPlanning and completing the certification process. /li liSuggesting product features to reach the required certifications. /li liInterfacing with local and international certification bodies. /li liSupervising the testing progress and periodical audit. /li /ul pThis engineering job is focused on supporting the engineering team and the company in the certification process for both mechanical and electronic requirements. /p pA bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, mechatronics) is required or a related background/experience and a broad technical culture to work with electronic and mechanical standards in an interdisciplinary approach. /p pThe candidate must be flexible, curious and appreciate being involved in different tasks. /p h3Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and follow up the certification process of security safety products, mechanical and electronic; prepare test reports. /li liWork in a team to support new product development and sustain existing products. /li liManage the information flow with international certification bodies. /li liDevelop engineering specifications by translating international standards into technical specifications. /li liFollow periodical updates of international standards and regulations. /li liParticipate in international working groups for standard development (mechanical or electronics). /li liKnowledge of quality system ISO9001 and possibly ISO17025. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering. /li liEnglish fluent. /li /ul h3Key competencies /h3 ul liTeam working. /li liProblem solving. /li liMethodological approach. /li liElectronic or Mechanical background. /li /ul pAllegion is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
