Administrator / Recruitment Consultant


About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator / Recruitment Consultant to join our global recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, developing and maintaining client relationships while sourcing and recruiting new candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to grow within a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain candidate and client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Identify and attract potential candidates through a variety of search channels.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
* Maintain and update our database with information on candidates and job positions.
* Provide support to the team and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.


Requirements

* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, client management, CV screening, or human resources management is a plus.
* Previous experience as a nanny is a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory).
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in database management and accurate data entry.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Pre-selection Criteria

* Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* At least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferred).
* Currently residing in Rome.
* Fluent English (mandatory).


What We Offer

Contract & Compensation

* Job Type: Full-time — Apprenticeship / Fixed-Term Contract (upon experience).
* Salary: €1,200.00 – €1,400.00 per month.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (day shift).
* Work Location: In person — Rome, Italy (Garbatella area)
* Smart Working: Possibility of working from home 1 day per week after the training period.
* Expected Start Date: 15/05/2026.
