Experteer Overview In this role you push the envelope at Celonis by designing AI-powered process solutions for strategic customers. You'll work at the intersection of pre-sales, analytics, and transformation, translating business needs into innovative PI-enabled AI deployments. You'll prototype, demonstrate value to executives, and drive adoption and value realization to expand Celonis' footprint. You join a highly technical team that combines domain expertise with stakeholder management to solve real business problems at scale.

Specialize in Domains or Industries: develop domain expertise (e.g., supply chain) to scale knowledge across the organization
Responsabilità 3+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping ML/generative AI solutions
Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning) for high-impact use cases
Knowledge of business processes across sectors and ability to map business needs to AI use cases
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools
Strong presentation skills for executives and stakeholders across formats
Bachelor's Degree; Master's in CS, physics, engineering, math or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
