With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping. /p pWe are looking for an experienced bCRM Specialist /b to join our Digital Business Team. /p pbAnnual salary: /b 35.000,00€ - 40.000,00€ /p h3About the role /h3 ul liContribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand /li liDeliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty /li liDevelop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team /li liMonitor CRM and loyalty KPIS /li liManaging customer database quality, integrity and enrichment /li liPartner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions /li liTraining for store teams of the CRM projects /li liCRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liUniversity background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics /li liAt least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM /li liProven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem /li liStrong analytical mindset /li liSolid project management skills /li liDigital and innovation-oriented mindset /li liExpertise in CRM and Retail reporting /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liTeam player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment /li liFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pIn OVS Group you will find a structured company, a dynamic and strongly results-oriented environment.
