Program Manager, Launch Configuration and Verification, AMZL JP Launch & Expansion
Amazon Japan Operationsは、ファーストマイルからラストマイルに至るまで、複数の物流ノードと輸送ネットワークを組み合わせた大規模かつ高度に統合されたサプライチェーンを運営しています。フルフィルメントセンター（FC）、ソートセンター（SC）、デリバリーステーション（DS）、当日配送拠点（SSD）などを通じて、「速く・正確に・低コストで」商品をお客様に届けることに日々挑戦しています。
End-to-End Supply Chain & Speed Servicesは、JP Opsにおけるサプライチェーン戦略とネットワーク設計・実行を統括する中核組織です。サプライチェーン、ネットワークデザイン／プランニング、輸送プランニングを一体で運営し、予測、計画、ネットワークフロー、実行までをEnd-to-Endで最適化します。また、Same-Day Delivery、Quick Commerce、冷凍・生鮮、マイクロモビリティなど、お客様体験を革新するスピード系サービスを統合的にリードし、規模を持った迅速なイノベーションを可能にしています。
JP Launch and Expansion（L&E）は、Japan OperationsにおけるEnd-to-Endサプライチェーン戦略を、現実のネットワークとして具現化するプロジェクトマネジメント組織です。ネットワーク戦略に基づくサイト選定、投資対効果の設計・分析、社内投資審査の承認取得といった上流工程から、立ち上げ計画策定、採用、システム設定、トレーニング、Go-Liveまでを一気通貫でリードします。L&Eは単なる計画や承認に留まらず、自ら意思決定し、現場を動かし、日本のAmazonオペレーションを「実際に稼働する拠点」として創り上げることをミッションとしています。ファーストマイルからラストマイルまでを横断し、Launch & Expansionに直接貢献する中核組織です。
現在のL&Eは、以下のチームで構成されています。
Core Planning and Execution（CPE）
DS、XPT、AMPLから構成されるラストマイルのCoreネットワークを横断的に管理し、新規立ち上げ、クローズ、ネットワーク構成変更までを担います。物件選定、投資対価設計、投資承認取得、立ち上げ実行までをエンドツーエンドでリードし、中長期視点でネットワーク全体を最適化します。

SPE（SSD Planning and Execution）
SPEはSSDおよびAMZL+プロジェクトを担当し、新規立ち上げからクローズまでを管理します。Same-Day Deliveryの成長を支えるため、スピードと再現性を両立したプロジェクト運営を推進します。

REI（ Retrofit, Expansion and Initiative）
Quick Commerceを中心とした新規・成長領域をエンドツーエンドでリードします。グローバルチームと連携しながら拡張を進め、Amazon Storage Unitなど新たな取り組みを日本で定着・標準化します。

LCV（Launch Configuration and Verification）
すべてのラストマイルノードにおけるシステム設定・検証を担当します。立ち上げ時の「Right First Time」を重視し、ゼロDPMOを目標に確実なスタートアップを支えます。

PMO（Project Management Office）
L&E全体を横断し、SOPやプレイブックの管理、プロジェクト進捗モニタリング、プロジェクトマネジメントシステム運用を通じて実行規律と可視性を担保します。

About Amazon Japan Operations
Amazon Japan Operations (JP Ops) is responsible for Amazon Japan’s end-to-end logistics and operations in Japan, operating a large-scale, highly integrated supply chain spanning from First Mile to Last Mile. Through Fulfillment Centers (FC), Sort Centers (SC), Delivery Stations (DS), and Sub Same-Day Delivery stations (SSD), we continuously challenge ourselves to deliver packages faster, more reliably, and at lower cost.
About End-to-End Supply Chain & Speed Services
End-to-End Supply Chain & Speed Services is the core organization within JP Ops that owns supply chain strategy as well as network design and execution. By integrating Supply Chain, Network Design/Planning, and Transportation Planning, the organization optimizes forecasting, planning, network flow, and execution in an end-to-end manner. It also leads speed-focused services such as Same-Day Delivery, Quick Commerce, freezer and perishable grocery, and micromobility, enabling rapid innovation at scale to continuously elevate customer experience.
About JP Launch and Expansion (L&E)
JP Launch and Expansion (L&E) is the project management organization under End-to-End Supply Chain & Speed Services that turns supply chain strategy into a real, operating network. L&E owns execution end-to-end—from upstream activities such as site selection, investment return analysis, and internal investment approvals, through launch planning, hiring, system configuration, training, and go-live readiness. L&E does not stop at planning or approvals. We make decisions, drive execution on the ground, and build Amazon Japan’s operations as real, operating sites.
Spanning from First Mile to Last Mile, L&E plays a central role in driving Launch & Expansion across JP Ops.

Key job responsibilities
Program Manager, LCV, JP L&Eは以下の業務を遂行いただきます：
* 新規拠点の Tech configuration のExecution業務
* 新規DS立ち上げ時の初期設定業務
* 新たなラストマイルノードのプランニングが確定後、オペレーション責任者へ引き継ぐまでの立ち上げと拡張に関連するすべてのテック設定の責任者として担当する
* 配送要件に合わせて、様々なステークホルダーと連携し、当日配送オペレーションを行うために必要なすべてのシステム設定を完了させ、現地でのテスト結果をリーダーシップチームへレポートを行う
* 拡張プロジェクト取り進めを通じたブロッカー排除やエスカレーションを解決しプロジェクトを推進する
* オペレーション上の問題（特に時間制約に関する課題）が発生した際のトラブルシューティングを行い解決する
* DS立ち上げのための標準業務の整理と、今後の立ち上げのための標準作業業務の確立を行う
ネットワーク全体での新規initiativeの設定業務
* WWで開発された新規テックの設定内容を理解し、必要なコンフィギュレーションの設定や現場でのトラブルシューティングの実施を行う
* 新規プロジェクトの遂行やパイロットを行う際の実際の設定や結果に応じて修正を担当する
* 当日配送に関する作業範囲内に問題が発生した際、適切な部署へのエスカレーションを行い、プロジェクトを推進する
About the team
LCVでは新規拠点の立ち上げに関して、Tech関連のスペシャリストとして現場のオペレーションに必要なコンフィグレーションのセッティングを行います。その過程で様々な部署とのやり取りを通して全体のシステムのつながりや知見を多く得ることができます。そして関連部署やLaunch Teamのメンバー全員で一丸となり、ローンチという一つの目標に向かってスピーディーに仕事をしている為、Amazonがお客様に提供をしている配送サービスの拡大に大きく関与することができ、責任感と一体感を感じることができる環境です。また、チームメンバーの国籍やバックグラウンドが様々で、多様性のあるチームです。色々な視点で意見交換により自身の成長につながります。
オペレーション部門のDEIの取り組み（Japanese Only）
- Master\'s degree, or Bachelor\'s degree
- 2+ years of with Excel experience, or Bachelor\'s degree
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
Qualifications
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience using Excel and data analysis
- PMP certificate, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
