Position Overview
As demand for new recruiters grows on our platform, we're now vetting new recruiters based in Italy to work remotely on global projects, meeting the following criteria:
* Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house or in agency
* Mastery of the main sourcing techniques, including boolean search
* Excellent stakeholder management and client service spirit
* Proven track record of success recruiting in the Italian market
* Proven track record of success hiring in a client-centric environment
