About RendiRendi is a circular fashion platform for kids. Families send us their used clothing, we evaluate and refurbish it, and resell it. B2C sales, a Prime membership, and a B2B2C channel through schools and organizations.We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a React Native focus to build alongside our Tech Lead.The roleWe’re building two products from scratch: a mobile app (iOS + Android) for consumers, and a web Ops Hub for the internal team. You own the mobile app and contribute to the Ops Hub. You work directly with the Tech Lead.Most of your time is frontend and mobile: a React Native app for consumers, and a React web Ops Hub for operations. But you’re comfortable writing an API endpoint, tweaking a query, or wiring up a webhook when that’s the fastest way to close a feature. At a startup, you don’t wait for a handoff, you just build it. What this looks like:The mobile app is your main thing. A headless Shopify storefront in React Native: catalog, checkout, credits, Prime membership, child wishlists.The Ops Hub is shared territory. You build screens for order management, used-item intake, cataloging, quality control, packaging and shipments. The tools the warehouse and customer care teams use all day.A design system for the product interfacesBackend when it makes sense: an endpoint here, a data query there, wiring up an integration. Not your primary job, but not someone else’s problem either.Component architecture, navigation, state management: you make these calls with us, not receive them from above.We use AI tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, and whatever else works). We expect you to do the same.Technical directionWhere we’re leaning, not a final spec. Write an endpoint, fix a query, read a migration. You don’t live in the backend, but you’re not afraid of it.Mobile testing: unit, integration, some E2EiOS and Android without needing native developers for every problemHow you work:Own problems, not tickets. If the backend for your feature doesn’t exist yet, you talk to the backend dev or build it yourself.Vague requirements don’t stop you.
