Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is in the Italian Alps, in the mountain village of Colere, offering a secluded alpine setting with access to major international gateways. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with corporate marketing team as well as the area marketing to drive brand visibility.
Coordinate and support on‐property efforts, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Assist with marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, content creation, PR, and brand activations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and external partners.
Assist with marketing materials such as merchandise, signage and more.
Provide support to the Marketing team with social media posting, content updates and more.
Maintain employee records and support onboarding logistics for new employees.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, orientations, ID access, equipment).
Assist in organizing training sessions, staff events, and engagement activities.
Act as a point of contact for HR queries from employees on‐site.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
4 years of marketing experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative, or HR support role is preferred.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand communications.
Experience supporting both marketing and HR functions is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Self‐motivated, hands‐on, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working on‐site and coordinating with multiple teams.
