Develop impactful content for global content campaigns targeting both prospects and customers, in close collaboration with Product MarketingDevelop and distribute engaging marketing collateralCreate visually compelling graphics and written contentConduct research to optimize marketing messaging and campaignsCoordinate and manage multimedia packages, including brochures and videosOversee the inventory and distribution of marketing materialsMaintain comprehensive documentation of marketing projectsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistencyManage localization workflows (translation, production, review) for content and campaign assets (emails, landing pages, infographics, banners) with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with Product Marketing to update and refine existing materials (articles, videos, factsheets)Partner with Product Marketing to enhance and evolve existing assets—articles, videos, and factsheets—to ensure relevance and alignment with market needsCreate, plan and schedule social media posts across our owned channels and work towards consolidate strategy cross‐channels (LinkedIn, Facebook)Support performance tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives
Your Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years expertise in copywriting and content production, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal techStrong visual sensibility and creative mindset, with an interest in art direction and multimedia productionQuick learner, eager to explore new marketing tools and platformsExcellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling narrativesSolid understanding of digital marketing and content development (articles, videos, emails, web pages)Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working with tight deadlinesProficient in MS Office; knowledge of Google Analytics, InDesign, or video editing tools, Canvas, Figma, Miró is a plusFluent in English; additional languages such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian are a bonusPositive attitude, self‐starter, and collaborative team player
