Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
* Pre-sales phase: assess the customer site, agree on project scope, project risks & timelines, technical project feasibility, and pre-calculate the project cost.
* Verify and agree on the project objectives and formulate the project plan with all stakeholders based on the contract.
* Follow the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close, and monitor & control the project.
* Drive compliance with applicable regulations (Quality & Regulatory/Health & Safety) by the organization, third parties, and partners involved in the project.
* Define project-related risks, issues, and changes, and develop scenarios to respond to these.
* Manage internal & external resources, the project budget, communication with stakeholders, planning, quality assurance, customer acceptance, transition to service, and project evaluation.
Qualifications
* Minimum bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of equivalent experience in the healthcare sector or construction company.
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
* Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in English communication and writing skills.
