What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support the team in the following activities:
* Supporting the local RFP Writer in the daily activity (preparation of RFPs, update of Consultants databases, periodic information sharing of mutual funds details).
* Providing continuous updates in terms of quantitative details on products and investment strategies.
* Increasing confidence in Sales Support team’s activities.
Who you are:
You have a master’s degree or you are studying Economics or Finance.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools (high level of expertise in using MS Word and Excel: pivot tables and vertical lookup are a must).
You have fluent English and Italian language (written and spoken)
It is really important for this position that you:
* Are passionate about financial markets and have a good knowledge of their functioning.
* Have time management skills and focus on the respect of deadlines.
* Pay attention to details and you have attitude to transparency
* Have savoir-faire in dealing with different teams/colleagues with various backgrounds (mainly sales, portfolio managers, investment specialists).
