Key Responsibilities
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for aWorkplace Services Internto join theWorkplaces & End-user Services Teamin the Group Head Quarter in Milan.
The candidate will support the team by focusing on activities that maintain and improve our workplace services to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment, including:
Provide first-levelhelpdesk supportfor Windows and Apple mobile devices.
Configure and maintain printers, devices, and workplace technology.
Assist with basic networking tasks andtroubleshooting.
Manage office supplies andIT equipment inventory.
Support new employee on boarding by setting up workstations and necessary software.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates for software and hardware.
Provide training and support to employees on usingworkplace technology.
Assist in documenting technical processes and procedures for the helpdesk.
Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Technical diploma or pursuing/recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
Reliable and quick learner with a minimum background in IT.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
Understanding ofWindows OS and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Apple mobile devices.
Familiarity with handling Apple devices, including phone replacement.
Familiarity withprinter setup and maintenance; experience in managing a domain and replacing PCs.
Experience in corporate helpdesk support is a plus.
Ability to interact with all employees at the Headquarters of a multinational company, supporting a cross-functional HQ role.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Italian and has at least an intermediate level of English.
