REGIONAL MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND/ MILAN Responsibilities: Support the management team in the conduction of the Stores Team Management Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand Build a strong customer experience Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level Produce reports and specific analysis The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: Fluent spoken English At least 7-10 years in Store manager/City Manager role for Luxury or Premium Brands Business driven and detailed oriented Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers Confident, enthusiastic and positive Problem solving
