Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.Design, develop, and implement high‐quality software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.Set technical direction and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the software developed by the team.Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand‐ups, to keep projects on track.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements to our technology stack.Assure the deliverables quality and executing timing aligned with master plan.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as a software engineer, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Ability to independently manage and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.Excellent problem‐solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
