IT Support Specialist (ERP/WMS/CRM & Infrastructure)
Beautynova, a group of selected companies operating in the professional haircare sector, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team.
The role involves managing first and second‑level support tickets related to business applications (ERP, WMS, and CRM), as well as infrastructure and end‑user support activities. The candidate will work closely with users to understand and analyze their requests, and collaborate with the Italian team to review and evaluate proposed solutions. After an induction period in Italy, the role will transition to the US to resolve issues while coordinating closely with the IT team in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage first and second‑level support tickets for ERP, WMS, and CRM applications.
* Provide daily IT support for end‑user devices (PC setup, configuration, troubleshooting).
* Oversee infrastructure‑related tickets (network, servers, printers, connectivity issues).
* Diagnose, resolve, and, when necessary, escalate incidents to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Collaborate with the IT team Italy/US to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
* Prepare technical documentation and maintain accurate ticket records.
* Support IT projects and system rollouts when required.
* Ensure compliance with company IT standards, policies, and procedures.
* Be available to travel across Italy and the US as workload and project requirements demand.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 2+ years of experience in IT support (first and second level).
* Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and CRM systems; knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus.
* Knowledge of Oracle database and SQL language.
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and IT infrastructure basics (networking, servers, hardware).
* Hands‑on experience with PC setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
* Flexibility to travel internationally and work across different time zones when required.
