Demonstrate our software solutions to customers through online presentations, showcasing functionalities that address their IT challenges. Identify customer needs and escalate requests to the sales department. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Requirements University degree in economics or relevant vocational training such as commercial or technical education. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus. Some experience in customer service or sales, such as internships. Determination, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
