We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern ready to embark on a meaningful and inspiring experience at our Milan Headquarters – Gae Aulenti Towers.
During your internship, you’ll collaborate with different teams and gain exposure to a wide range of activities that support and enhance the Employee Life Cycle. It will be a journey of growth, discovery, and connection.
What you'll be doing
Get hands‑on experience in key areas such as Reward & Benefits, Group Organization, People Analytics, Attraction, Learning & Development, and Group Culture.
Support the creation of presentations and reports, contributing with both qualitative and quantitative analysis on workforce and organizational dynamics.
Take part in the design and development of strategic HR initiatives.
Contribute to ad‑hoc activities aligned with our strategic priorities
