Are you passionate about helping people grow and creating an exceptional employee experience? Join us as a Talent & Learning Specialist and play a key role in shaping development initiatives and belonging programs across the region. In this role, you’ll work closely with global teams, HR, and the EMEAI Talent Team to ensure processes run smoothly and enhance the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas matter, and where feedback, trust, and support are at the heart of what we do. Talent Review, Performance Management and Onboarding

Coordinate Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Onboarding processes across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards. Partner with the Enterprise Talent team and divisions to create and maintain training and resources for the region, to support HR, Managers and Employees Support the communication of these processes and act as liaison between the region and the global teams Empower managers to own talent processes by providing tools, guidance, and insights that make these processes practical and valuable for driving business outcomes, while improving their overall experience and efficiency Conduct surveys and analysis with HR, and work on any process improvement (CI, automation…) that could be relevant to ensure an efficient use of those processes in the region Belonging & Employee Experience

In partnership with Enterprise and L&OD Manager, support belonging and culture initiatives across the region, including inclusivity strategies for multi-generational and multicultural teams. Proactively propose and drive initiatives to enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle experience and ensure alignment with company culture and values Work on additional retention initiatives for recent hires following their onboarding period Learning and Development

Conduct intake interviews with manager / HR to customize learning programmes based on specific needs and scenario Advise employees and managers on specific learning programmes and development opportunities Facilitate training sessions

Manage the Mentoring programme and serve as point of contact for the region for 360° assessments Coordinate Talent Programs for the region (all levels), and facilitate nomination and information about global and divisional talent programs with HR and managers Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with HRBPs and / or business leaders to align Talent processes with organizational goals. Act as a key liaison between the different actors of the Employee Life Cycle processes : business leaders, employees, HR, Talent team, and global partners. Communicate talent programs and initiatives effectively across the region. Monitor trends and best practices in Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Talent processes Share best practices, insights and feedback with global and regional HR teams to continuously improve processes. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in talent management, talent programs or learning and organizational development

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

Required :

3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Talent Acquisition roles. Strong understanding of the employee Life-Cycle Management, Learning processes and delivery. Experience in Employee Life-Cycle processes and facilitating workshops Language :

English + another language (ideally German or Italian) Ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights. Strong presentation and communication skills Preferred :

Experience working in a regional HR role with exposure to multiple countries. Experience coordinating Talent programs Strong stakeholder management skills. Great organizational skills Experience using M365 Experience using content creation platforms like : Articulate, Canva or others
