Colnago is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a desire to contribute to work in a dynamic R&D team

Responsibilities
* Create visually compelling and on-brand product materials, including but not limited to artworks, manuals, instructions, presentations
* Collaborate with the R&D team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages
* Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials
* Standardize all products language to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output
Requirements
* Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
* Fluent English, Italian
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

The place of work is Cambiago, with availability to travel in Italy and / or abroad
