Job Description
The Baker Tournant is a vital member of the bakery team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bakery shop.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily production, quality control, and presentation of bread assortment to meet menu requirements.
* Assist the Head Baker in forecasting production and tracking leftovers to minimize waste.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery shop, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Prepare the bakery for inspections, maintaining records and implementing necessary changes.
* Transport goods from storage to the bakery as required.
* Ensure recipes and yields align with company standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience as a baker in a high-end establishment.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and health regulations.
* Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
