Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven
Digital Marketing & Design Specialist
to support our branding, digital marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is visually strong, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content, preferably with a strong portfolio and an interest in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
Create compelling marketing content, including photos, videos, and digital assets
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaigns
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools
Support the design and production of marketing and training materials
Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, and content creation work
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Social Media Marketing
and
Digital Marketing
Proficiency in
photography and videography, including editing
Experience with
web analytics
and online marketing tools
Proficient in
Adobe Creative Suite
(especially Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage)
Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content for digital platforms
Excellent command of
English and Italian xrdztoy, both written and spoken
Interest or passion for the
aviation industry
is highly desirable
Strong creative mindset with a drive to contribute to company growth
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
