As a Site Manager you will oversee the construction and commissioning of photovoltaic plants ensuring quality safety and compliance. /p h3What you will do : /h3 ul liLead plan and coordinate all on-site activities during construction. /li liEnsure compliance with internal HSEQ policies and safety regulations. /li liAct as the primary contact between the company subcontractors and third parties. /li liOversee equipment delivery and verify adherence to local national and international regulations. /li liPrepare weekly reports including construction progress inventory checklists and HSEQ updates. /li liManage commissioning processes and approve contractor and subcontractor work. /li liConduct conformity checks and ensure tests and trials are completed prior to project acceptance. /li liOrganize and participate in on-site meetings and contribute to process improvements. /li liReport hazards and risks during the construction phase. /li /ul h3What you bring who you are : /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision. /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian (fluent); English proficiency is a plus. /li liStrong organizational and leadership abilities. /li liWillingness to travel extensively and spend 100% of your time on-site. /li liValid driving license. /li liIdeally experience in photovoltaic plant construction or renewable energy projects. /li /ul h3About the team : /h3 pYou will join a dynamic and collaborative team of experts passionate about solar energy.
