PpThe Senior Site Manager’s primary function is to organize, drive, and manage the safe and efficient execution of large-scale projects ($70m). The Senior Site Manager is an authority on Dematic equipment and the senior knowledgeable point of contact and escalation for site managers (senior specialist) supervisors and the project management team. The Senior Site Manager represents an integral member of the project leadership team and it is their responsibility to ensure that safe, appropriate, and optimal site conditions are established that facilitate right first time zero defects installation executed at the required rate to optimise the installation on site. /p h3We Offer /h3 ul liCareer Development /li liCompetitive Compensation and Benefits /li liPay Transparency /li liGlobal Opportunities /li /ul pLearn More Here: /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liBe accountable for the overall site safety implementing and championing the Safety (HSE) Plan following ONE Dematic standard across the portfolio undertaking peer reviews of colleagues’ sites as requested. /li liIdentify and analyse (potential) problems/ risks and opportunities and autonomously be able to initiate corrective/ preventive measures, providing updates to the project team. /li liDirect and influence the agreed sequence and project schedule to optimise installation performance and the realization of opportunities building trust and confidence throughout the value chain. /li liOrganise and direct/ manage BAU on-site installation activities through direct reports in their respective discipline(s) and/ or area(s). /li liReview, edit, and be accountable for the consistent and timely generation of reports in the cloud based site reporting tooling (daily), to a high standard on each agreed time period completed including accurate, factual, evidence-based content, with relevance on progress and events of note. /li liUnderstand and challenge the detail scope of works for all subcontracts and manage its successful coordination throughout the value chain. /li liContribute regularly creating, validating and amending the project “installation” schedule foreseeing and proactively mitigating any potential schedule impacts in close collaboration with supply chain partners. /li liAct as the final point of escalation on site for subcontractors for assistance in safety/technical related enquiries. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liRecognized international HS qualification at a level to satisfy the requirements of the Senior Site Manager role E.g. CMIOSH, NEBOSH or other internationally recognized competencies in HS. /li liHigher Level technical qualification and/ or Chartered status with a relevant professional accrediting body /li liDetailed knowledge of relevant local market EHS legislation and requirements /li liConversant with European Machinery Directive /li liSkilled with Microsoft Office /li liAwareness of RIBA and other capital infrastructure project execution process maps. /li liContract management experience (NEC, MF1 or similar) with a proven acumen for negotiating BAU commercial issues associated with mechatronic installations. /li liSkilled and resourceful installation planner with a proven capability to establish installation driven activity schedules. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
