In this role you will
* Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization
* Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
* Manage and support process improvement projects
* Implement and monitor KPIs
* Promote and convey continuous improvement tools
* Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions
* Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
The ideal candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain
* At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry
* Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement
* Good knowledge of the English
* Ability to analyze processes and solve problems
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI
* Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
