Knowledge in material engineering is a plus. /liliCollaborate with other functions, suppliers, and plant personnel to implement cost reductions, process improvements, and product enhancements. /liliIdentify and develop new solutions to meet current and future customer needs. /li /ulpstrongJob Position Requirements /strong /ppstrongEducation: /strong /pulliMaster's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. /li /ulpstrongProfessional Experience: /strong /pulli2-4 years in developing complex mechanical systems, with experience in analysis, design, and powertrain system development preferred. /liliBackground in material engineering, including heat treatment and metallurgical analysis. /li /ulpstrongHard Skills: /strong /pulliKnowledge of design and validation methods for mechanical components. /liliFamiliarity with the industrial process from feasibility to production. /liliProficiency in sizing tools for mechanical components and systems. /li /ulpstrongLanguages: /strong /pulliEnglish, upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher, both spoken and written.
