Senior accountant - import/export specialist (all genders)

PpWe are strengthening our Finance Team at our Cusago (Milano) location and are looking for a Senior Accountant — Import/Export Specialist (all genders). In this role you will take over the international trade operations, including EU and non-EU transactions, VAT regulations, and customs procedures. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across international accounting and trade processes while supporting business growth in a global environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all accounting activities related to import/export transactions /li liEnsure proper VAT treatment for Intra-EU transactions, Extra-EU transactions, triangular and multi-party transactions /li liRecord and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERP /li liSupport and coordinate the monthly financial reporting process /li liPrepare and submit Intrastat declarations /li liPerform monthly VAT calculations and support quarterly and annual VAT returns /li liEnsure compliance with customs documentation and regulations /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Administration /li liMonitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspective /li liSupport commercial activities involving international clients /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience, or alternatively 10 years of relevant professional experience /li liStrong knowledge of international VAT regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance /li liProficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Office /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy /li liHigh level of accountability and ownership /li liExcellent communication skills /li liAbility to work effectively in a cross‑functional and international environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
