Tasks and Qualifications:
The Operation Team Lead is going to :
The Team Lead for Plant Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the facility. The role involves managing the operational team and coordinating the activities required to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and quality. The supervisor will be the main point of contact for operators and technicians and will address any technical or process-related issues that arise during plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Coordinate a team of workers together with Site Manager
6. Monitor and supervise the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all processes are executed according to company protocols and procedures.
7. Ensure production targets are met, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
8. Coordinate the team of operators, providing technical and operational support as needed to ensure smooth plant operations.
9. Manage and optimize the plant's control systems (SCADA, PLC, etc.) to ensure operational parameters are within desired ranges and promptly address any detected anomalies.
10. Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.
11. Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations, continuously monitoring safety and quality standards.
12. Prepare periodic reports on plant performance and suggest improvements or modifications to operational processes as necessary.
13. Liaise with management and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on the plant's status and production processes.
Requirements:
14. Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or a related field.
15. At least 3-5 years previous experience in operational supervision or plant management roles, ideally in automated or industrial sectors.
16. Knowledge of industrial automation systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS).
17. Ability to manage operational teams and interface with various internal stakeholders.
18. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational emergencies effectively.
19. Understanding of safety and quality regulations applicable to the industrial sector.
