HR Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a vital component of our recruitment process, you will be accountable for overseeing the full recruitment process for various roles within our organization.
Your primary duties will include managing full recruitment processes in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team. This will involve conducting profile briefing meetings, advising on search strategy and process, writing and posting job advertisements, screening incoming applications, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the talent management team.
* Act as a liaison for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners in all matters concerning recruitment.
* Help boost recruitment effectiveness and continually improve KPIs.
* Contribute to tool and process improvement projects.
* Drive and implement employer branding initiatives.
* Oversee external partners involved in recruitment.
Key Competencies:
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management of Human Resources or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience with diverse sourcing channels, including digital technologies and AI.
In addition, you should exhibit excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a complex matrix environment, and a high level of attentiveness to details. You should also be capable of managing multiple ongoing projects and be fluent in Italian and English.
