Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage the execution of IT-driven supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Barilla’s governance. You will collaborate with global business partners and IT teams to support ERP initiatives and the evolution of logistics collaboration with 3PLs and customers. You’ll anticipate risks, maintain project status, and ensure high-quality solutions. This is a chance to contribute to transformational programs and work in an international, diverse environment at Barilla's Parma headquarters.

* Coordinate internal and external resources for project delivery
* Foster communication and commitment within the project team
* Evaluate process‑improvement requests and analyze impact with process owners
* Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage risk with steering committee updates
* Maintain contacts with Process Owners, Key-Users and business Referents; ensure documentation and deliverables meet business needs and IT standards
* Ensure smooth handover to Core-ERP-Platforms Running team (Application Maintenance)
* Provide methodological support and manage exceptions
* Monitor project economics and deviations from planned costs
* Ensure IT governance compliance across all project phases
Responsabilità
* Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
* 2/4 years' experience as a Project Manager
* Experience in Order-To-Cash or Logistics projects preferred
* Knowledge of SAP environment related to Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) preferred
* Strong project management and cross-functional coordination
* Experience with Analytics management/Data Governance is a plus
* Strong relational and leadership skills
* High energy, motivation, proactivity, and problem-solving approach
* Fluency in Italian and English
