Z O.O.**Profession (Job Category):**Project/Program Management**Job Schedule:**Tempo pieno**Remote:**No**Job Description:****Opportunity****Join the Service Integration Team** as an experienced Project management professional to support the growth of the Project management function and to deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.**In this role** you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various functions/business units to manage projects which align with business objectives and priorities.**How you will make an impact*** Lead end-to-end projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.* Manage all project aspects, including budgeting, prioritization, estimation, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear stakeholder communication.* Develop and maintain project plans aligned with business objectives and value.* Coordinate collaboration and communication with internal teams and external suppliers.* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.* Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports.* Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls and gate model.* Monitor budgets and forecasts, controlling expenses and variations while driving process improvements and promoting best practices.**Your background*** Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management* PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I, CSM) are highly desirable* Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects* Strong knowledge of project methodologies, processes, reporting tools, and risk management* Excellent communication and people skills: team building, motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolution* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe), Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), and ITIL V3/V4* Comfortable working in a matrixed organization, navigating ambiguity and change, and collaborating effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones.We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
