In this role, you have the opportunity to Support Corrections & Removals activities in the Post Market Surveillance area reporting to Head of Quality - IIG (Italy, Israel, Greece) Zone You are responsible for Support Corrections & Removals activities in the Post Market Surveillance area, helping to ensure safety and high quality of our medical devices and processes - Submission of Field Safety Notifications to customers - Management of customers’ replies - Management of Quality Work Orders in the Philips tool You are a part of Quality Western Europe Team, a dynamic team in a professional and fun workplace, collaborating with different business in the organization (internally with Post Market Surveillance on European level, Customer Service Team, Sales team and externally with customers and local authorities) To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience - Communication and problem solving skills.
